Malaysia requires more people to voice out and stand in the front line. No more hiding behind their comfort zone and wait for changes to come. We ought to do it NOW! Peace to all mankind.

Namewee did it again: Localize it ") Happy New Year!

Namewee criticize Chinese New Year songs that copied from CHINA. Why can't we incorporate our culture and create a new song?

I have tried my best to translate as accurate as possible. However, some Hokkien slang is difficult to translate.

Translation below:

Yellow words: The man in red
Red Words: Namewee

Title: Precious prosperity

Drum sound
New Spring comes, Hearts and flowers bloom
Fire crackers sound all over
Let us invite the God of Prosperity into our home

Malaysia's New Year Album, Every year translate here and there
Some people sing New Year songs and produced platinum album
They never change the style of singing, lyrics do not match the logic
And a group of superstars, wore like red armies
Even the young idols also got force into the sea
Made the whole festive atmosphere , This is called as sorrowful
Your image shouldn't be cool?
Why your company wanted you to pretend?
Wish you prosper
Wish you will prosper during the new year
Wish you will get the God of Prosperity
God of Prosperity will accompany you to sleep

Another spring of omen
Every families filled with joy
Today we bring in the new and give away the old
Every one meets and wish each other well

Wah lao yeh, your lyrics make me sick when I listen to it
What Winter and spring, you think i am insane?
Except rain, every day I am hot until cannot stand
You simply sing, I hear already SIBEH TL (Direct Translation=Northwest Bet Lazy- Meaning>Not happy, irritated )
Those incapable business sponsor only know that earning the money is fun
Your teacher never teach you that
Malaysia's four season are SUMMER
You are late for school and still pretend you don't know
There is a red string called Equatorial

Wish you prosper
Wish you will prosper during the new year
Wish you will get the God of Prosperity
God of Prosperity will accompany you to eat pudding

Let us come and celebrate new year
Every families come and reunite
The sound of fire crackers welcome the new year
Every year happy

Crack your balls
The lyrics got problem lah
My grandma also know, police will catch those who play with fire crackers
Maybe you are a rich person, can simply give angpow (Red packet)
But for lyrics, please write with logic
Walao, listen to those freaking singers simply sing
New year songs can also have our own culture
Whatever the CHINA bring over, you just sing along
YOUR XX live here for so long
Still don't know how to localize ah?

Wish you prosper
Wish you will prosper during the new year
Wish you will get the God of Prosperity
God of Prosperity will accompany you to play fire cracker

The new year is here,
Years of successive years
The sound of fire crackers let people....

Yoh, I am NAMEWEE
Got something to tell you

AAAH LAH! XX(breaking chicken) Namewee lah!
Your Father (I) have been very patience with you lah!!!
NEW YEAR AH!
Don't come and CRY all over with me!

ADS: Weather is HOT, drink more water. Must be careful when you Play with fire cracker. Wish everyone a Happy New Year!

BN losing support... PR Won!

Look at PP by-election result. Last year GE count was at 5571 votes for BN. This year by-E result; 5067 votes. Even though the winning majority was reduced to 4451 votes, BN has lost their people's trust. 5571-5067=504 votes!

At least 504 voters decided to waste their votes or stay away from BN. Perhaps the most reasonable reason would be "Its Tuesday, people are working! No LEAVE..." ...

In conclusion, both Pas and BN also need to buck up. But hey BN, you can still stay the same and remain UTUSAN as your loyal newspaper that report unworthy news. People don't care anymore!

PAS, PKR and DAP should now buck up and eliminate those unworthy people in the party. We need clean and clever leaders. Not one who don't use their brain.

Translation of the explosive letters by unknown SPRM staff - English and Mandarin version

BRIBERY, MISCONDUCT AND CORRUPTION OF A SUPERIOR OFFICER OF MACC SELANGOR

Respectfully, we would like to refer to the subject above.

We would like to inform you that we, officers of the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC), feel obliged to expose the misconduct and bribery of a senior officer of the MACC, Deputy Director (DD) MACC Selangor PKPj I Hishamuddin bin Hashim, in connection with the case of TEOH BENG HOCK and another case involving the bungalow of DATO' SERI DR MOHAMAD KHIR BIN TOYO in Section 7, Shah Alam, Selangor.

2. For YBhg Tan Sri/Dato/Tuan/Puan's information, DD was directly involved in the investigations on the fraud case of the Selangor State Government's funds for YB Ean's (ADUN Seri Kembangan) allocation. His involvement was not just on official orders, but he has also given instructions to his subordinates to find, with any means possible, any evidence of wrongdoing by the Selangor State Goverment. He acted in this fashion because he has made a conspiracy with Khir Toyo to topple the government of Selangor. These (gelojoh) actions directly resulted in the death of Teoh Beng Hock. There arise a few suspicious questions that we, officers of the MACC Malaysia, ask on how Teoh Beng Hock could have died. We suspect the DD's involvement in the death of Teoh Beng Hock based on the following:

i) DD had ordered all MACC officers involved in the operation that he not be directly involved in the case. In fact, he was the one who gave all the orders in this operation and other operations in MACC Selangor. In fact, he was afraid to be involved directly because this could expose his conspiracy with Khir Toyo.

ii) The chemical investigators have discovered fingerprints and male DNA on the front side of both sides of Teoh Beng Hock's belt. Based on our, the officers of MACC Malaysia, knowledge, the DD has an individual style of investigative techniques which include interrogating a suspect by holding the front of his belt, lifting him a few times while shaking him.

iii) The process of collecting DNA on MACC Selangor officers was performed in 2 sessions. In the first session of collecting DNA, the DD made every effort to evade giving his DNA sample. The DD was said to have given his DNA sample in the second session, but suspicions arise because the DD gave his DNA sample in the privacy of his own office while all other MACC offiers including the MACC Director have given their DNA samples in a meeting room in the presence of many other individuals. Why did the DD give his DNA sample in a secretive fashion? Was the DNA provided really his DNA? We, the officers of the MACC Malaysia, feel puzzled that there was no one else in the presence of the DD when he allegedly gave his DNA sample? We recommend that the DNA Test on the DD must be done again, witnessed by a group of people who can be trusted.

iv) We have been informed that the DD had ordered his subordinates to erase/clean the fingerprints on the window that Teoh was believed to have fallen from. This was proven when the police could not find any signs of fingerprints, new or old, on the window. The question is, why did the DD order that this be done?

v) We suspect, based on information we have obtained, that the DD did not touch his punch-card when he left the office on the 16th of July 2009, at 6:10 am. This is important because it can prove that the DD was the last person to see Teoh. The question is, why did he not touch his punch-card when he is a person who always touches his punch-card. For the record, he is very diligent with his punch-card.

3. For YBhg Tan Sir/Dato/Tuan/Puan's information, the DD in question is very influential in the enforcement of investigation operations around Selangor and the rest of Malaysia. In MACC Selangor, he is the most important person who decides whether a case should be prosecuted even if the power should rest in the hands of the Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP). His decision is prompted by his personal interests and those of his co-conspirators. So, it is no surprise that he led the MACC Selangor Investigative Unit for decades, at least since the Selangor state government was under the helm of the Barisan Nasional government (Khir Toyo) until now. He was promoted ahead of schedule, from Grade 41 to Grade 54, over the course of 16 years without transfer to other positions or locations other than that of the MACC Selangor. Based on the MACC, any officer who has been promoted or who has worked for more than 5 years in a state should be transferred to a different location to avoid the officer being involved in local bribery. One of the reasons he was never transferred is because he was tasked to "take care of" the position of Dato' Seri Dr Khir Toyo in Selangor. As a result, Khir Toyo also "took care of" his position in Selangor as a favour.

4. As a result of his position in MACC Selangor for these many years, he has been involved in various cases of bribery and misuse of power. Some of the incidents of bribery or misuse of power that we have investigated are as follows:

i) Closing the case of Khir Toyo connected to the approval of a road construction project, in Sekinchan running 20.5 km valued at RM 92.5 million to a contractor that was nearly blacklisted, Meram Holdings. According to the JKR's estimates, the road should have cost less than RM 50 million. The subcontractor that did the work on the project was Cabaran Wangsa, owned by Pua Kim An, the landlord of a house that had once been rented by Khir, while another company director, Ahmad Tarmizi Tajjeury is a Khir crony that was also given 100 acres of land at a profit to him of at least RM 20 million.

ii) Owning assets that exceed his emoluments such as:
a. Owning a few rental houses of which one is a two storey terrace house that was purchased at a favourable price from Pemaju Kumpulan Lebar Daun Development Sdn Bhd, as a result of the closing of the case against the Group Executive Chairman, Dato' Noor Azman @ Noor Hizam bin Mohd Nurdin. The case was investigated by the then BPR Selangor for a few years together with various other houses owned by him. To remove public and subordinate suspicions, he lived in the Government Quarters in Kg Atap, Kuala Lumpur.

b. Owning a Petronas petrol station on the left of the Federal Highway KM 8.6 - 8.7, Section 1, Federal Highway, Shah Alam, 40000 Selangor (near the Melati Roundabout, Shah Alam to Klang bound, registered under the name of his brother. The petrol station only just began operating this year (2009), part of which was built above a Chinese cemetary. He managed to get the site to build the petrol station because of his power, which was exercised in the era of Khir Toyo's government in Selangor.

c. Owning several plots of land around Shah Alam, in which one of them is believed to be beside the new SACC Mall registered under the name of a wife of a MACC Selangor driver named Abdullah b Azim, a full time homemaker in her late 30s.

iii) He has been caught in close proximity with a subordinate officer, Investigator rank, named Nor Azlina bt Mustafa besides the Shah Alam Lake early in 2009 by 2 police officers. He showed his identity card (MACC) and informed the police officers that he and the officer were in the middle of an operation and they were released. These "intimacies" between him and the Investigator were repeated and are common knowledge of many including his own wife. The only action taken by the Department was transferring the officer involved to the MACC Headquarters in Putrajaya. This was not effective because Azlina is still always with the DD in the Selangor office.

5. This letter was written to uphold justice and prevent the further abuse of power especially in the MACC and throughout Malaysia. We in the MACC are fed up to see his antics which have the blessings of the powers that be, like the saying "beraja di mata, bersultan di hati". We in the MACC have (hilang punca? Anybody?) to find departments/institutions/NGOs that can champion this issue so the appropriate action can be taken.

6. We, the officers of the MACC, are touched and thankful that YBhg Dato'/tuan/puan could expose this issue to the people and the authorities so that an organisation/NGO can take the appropriate action, or an independent investigation, can be taken and raised to the Cabinet. This is very important because it involves the integrity of a serving officer of a department that upholds the laws involving human integrity. The DD is now making every effort to press his subordinates to find any faults involving ruling PKR in the hopes that the PKR-led government will fall in Selangor and his secret will be safe. For your information, the DD is now very afraid whenever news about Dato' Seri Khir Toyo is released in the press and he would be very afraid if the case would expose his involvement.

7. We hope that any brave individuals or organizations can spread this information so that our actions can be brought to the attention of responsible and trusted authorities and that justice can be done. We are unable to do this ourselves because he has a "cable" with the powers that be.

8. Cooperation from YBhg Tan Sri/Dato'/tuan/puan is much appreciated and we hope that through your action, much more information can be brought to light involving individuals with no integrity. We hope that this will cleanse the MACC and its officers from further involvement in bribery and corruption.

Sekian, terima kasih

The untold stories of Anti ISA

Grandpa John is sitting on a rocking chair. He is looking out at the playground in front of his house. His neighbour son is beside him playing with puppies. A young lovely girl aged around 15 plus pass by his house and wave to him. That was Diana from Kampung Jaafar. He said to me. I am surprised of how he knew the girl. I asked him for more information. Oh boy, don't you know your grandpa is like a database who knows everything? I have not been with my grandpa for a year. I came back for good and try to know more about what that had happen in Malaysia. My parents sent me to New Zealand in the beginning year of 2005 to further my studies. Fast forward to the current day, I know I have missed out a lot due to hectic schedule and my ignorant attitude.

You know what? Malaysia Today is a totally different Malaysia than before. How you define that? I asked for his straight forwardness. Do you know who change the political scene? No. It was bloggers in the virtual world. How they managed to change? Easy. They blogged their heart out. They also loved their country to the highest level that they are willing to be arrested for speaking and standing firm on the truth that they believed in. Wow~! They are just like a steel men and women. They are not made of steel, but their heart is made of love. They are a group of lovely PEOPLE. A group? You mean there were a lot of peoples being arrested for standing firm for what they believed? Yes! Remember Diana who waved to me just now? I nodded my head. Her mom was detained during Anti-ISA Vigil in PJ. I have to take care of her as her mom was taken away for a night to record her statement. Diana father was oversea at that time.

Grandpa closed his eyes and when he re-opens, I saw his red eyes preparing him for some tears. Yet, he held on. That night, Diana asked me why her mom was detained by the police. I said that her mom was using her freedom of speech on what she believed in and she was not a criminal. But she does not believe. Diana mentioned that bad people always detained by the police. I said no. She is not bad. She is a loving mother and you must love your mother for what she had done for Malaysia. I can see a drop of tears dripping from his eyes. He dried it with his left hand. What touched me the most is when she met with her mom and ask how she is. Diana's mom replied: “I am fine, but Malaysia is not."

There was a silent moment. Grandpa John stood up and showed me his scars. A long scar of former stitches can be seen on his right leg. It happened during the vigil. I am considered fortunate for not being arrested. Previously, the majority of the citizens do not look highly upon jail bird or detainee. They always rate them as bad or unwanted citizen. Now? We look at their inner heart. We see why they get arrested. Look at YAB Lim Guan Eng who was trying to bring justice for a girl. End up in jail. Look at those who were detained in the Anti-ISA vigil. Look at those innocent people who were jailed up in Kamunting under ISA. What is this ISA that make people protest against it? I asked in anticipation. It stands for Internal Security Act. It was for those who threaten the country safety and being jail up without trial. However, I see no threat from them. Oh well, that is only my opinion. Not of those authority. They do not seem to have the same channel as I am.

Come inside. Let me show you some photos and videos. As he sit on the sofa and switch on his laptop, I asked him whether any of his friends got arrested. All those arrested were my friends. I used to be very quiet. Never go beyond my comfort zones. Previously, I do not know them. Now, they are my friends. They sacrifice themselves for a better Malaysia. Most of them were first timer. Clean record and the words `willing to die for Malaysia` hang in their head. He showed me several pictures of young and old Malaysians holding candles gathering around field and open spaces. They are the history maker! As I browse through the pictures, I saw many Malaysian of different ethic come together and support the cause. This is a picture of Anak Bangsa Malaysia! He exclaimed. Most of them have chosen the road not taken by many.

Those who fought for this cause will surely felt the pain in their heart if any of us get caught. We are like a big family sharing the same goal. We celebrate together when there were victorious moments; we shared the pain when one of us is down. Neither 5 nor 23, even one casualty we will be sad! It also gives us an urge to do more! Grandpa looked at a picture of a little girl and smile. Look, this is our youngest supporter of our cause. Her name arr... I forgot. Sorry, getting old and my memory fade pretty fast. She was wearing `I am with RPK` black colour mini T-SHIRT and looked at the person who took her photo. Grandpa said it had sent waves of warmth to those who see this picture. "It's a picture of Peace," he said.

This piece is written some time ago. I read some news and personal experience and decided to put it down into a story for our young generation. It may relates to some of you who had encounter the fight for a better Malaysia. I dedicate it to those who had been arrested and charge in court. I also dedicate it to those family members whom they have their love ones detained in Kamunting.

No toll booth?

Read this suggestion.

I say: Abolish TOLL lah...

Why do we need to pay toll in between the same state? Not that we need to travel for long distance. Even a short distance from Kelana Jaya to Puchong will cost you RM 1.60!!!

I say you can forget about earning money from us. Start to think on our behalf. Not even staying near our vicinity. And Shaziman, you can go and dream more k... Don't even know the speed limit!!!

Our highway speed limit in between Klang Valley is 80-90 KPH!

Pathetic!

Lastly, he compared in between “Countries like Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia..."

Oh dear, you wanna kena JAB by Chedet? :D

Two historic letters - Separation of Singapore from Malaya

How Singapore separated from Malaysia? Its all started from these two letters. I believe that our secondary school history book may not have these letters for our young generation to read. They should know what causes it to happen.

These historical letters is taken from the book entitle "Who lives if Malaysia dies"*. Published by DAP in April 1969. Click the picture below to read.

I gave some thought to this matter. If Singapore was not separated from Malaysia, perhaps they could just be like us. However, the then Prime Minister of Malaya Tunku Abdul Rahman made a decision to end our ties seems to be the best decision for Singapore. Singapore is without resources and rely mostly on trading. Yet, they can survive and bring Singapore forward. Malaysia has plenty of resources yet we seem to be nowhere.

Of course, I do see Malaysia improves in certain areas. However, we need to make Malaysia a better country to live in.

Ok, I shall not compare Malaysia and Singapore. They are just a tiny red dot and we are like black ink stain on a white shirt. :D

Note: *The book is compiled by DAP and no longer in print. Can be stated as "Antique".

Do you need permit to shake hands?

Thanks to Malaysiakini, I laughed like crazy.

"Another side-show took shape when Nizar arrived. A police officer prevented him from shaking hands with the police."- Malaysiakini

So friends, what is your opinion? We cannot even shake hands with police on duty? Where the heck has your motto of "Mesra, Cepat, Betul" gone?

Of course, I must applause their CEPAT! But, tak gitu betul lah...

Another laughing day!

Kiasu? Kiasi would be better...

Teratai 16 freed on police bail-arrested for alleged illegal assembly.

Wong Chin Huat reprimanded for 3 days for asking Malaysians to wear Black.

May 7 - 1Black Malaysia

Latest: DAP PJ HQ raided and their computer was confiscated.

~~~~~~~~~~~
All this happen within this month. I was thinking, in just such a short span of time, we have created so many "history" for Malaysia's politics. A shame for Malaysian? Yes.
I try to get rid of my nationality of being Malaysian. Why? I am ashamed of what that had happen. No wonder people chose to be in foreign land rather than their own home town. No voice has been heard, no opportunity, a lot of restriction and etc. But I will stand firm with what I believe. I believe we can change. I believe we can bring Malaysia back to glory. I am a Malaysian and that will not change.
Of course, We must understand the road to freedom for Malaysia will be tough and it takes time to bring Malaysia back on the right path. Malaysians, we have to be patient.
We must also remember the sacrifices that they go through for their country. We must unite together for the day to come.
For a better Malaysia.
Perak govt to auction off Toyota Camrys- Siapa Mau?
Quoted from The Star
Perak govt to auction off Toyota Camrys
IPOH: The Perak state government will auction off the 16 units of Toyota Camry 2.4 which were used as official cars by executive councillors under the previous coalition government. According to a statement of an open tender sent to the advertising division of a Malay daily here Tuesday, the auction would be held from May 4 to 18.
The tender statement issued by the Perak State Secretariat said the auction would be carried out at the carpark of the Bangunan Perak Darul Ridzuan here from 9.30am until 4pm.
The statement said the vehicles could be purchased either in bulk or individually at a reserved price of RM148,000 each.
Terengganu and Raise A-Team
Rais tells bloggers: Legal action our last resort
Rais Yatim, the new minister who will oversee the cyberworld, began his new portfolio today by inviting bloggers to be partners in implementing government policy.
Law seminar for bloggers ????????
Above news taken from malaysiakini.
When I read this in Malaysiakini, I laugh my "butt" out!!
Law seminar for bloggers? Again? Mean you also need Tun Mahathir to attend? Ok, you can plan and go ahead with it. I will surely CONFIRM MY PRESENCE. Yes, like I am an infant who do not know anything at all and need to go for seminar. Hello, blogging is not like Moral Education. Blog is where we express our thought, we don't need you to tell us what to write. We speak our MIND! We don't hide it~
Now, I wanna speak something on Terengganu. Is there a possibility that the Adun quit UMNO/BN and be independent? I hope for it. Not attending the sitting is a bad start. Why do they do it?
The MB stingy? The MB force them to donate wang ehsan to his account? This is just a guess. I do not know the answer. I hope to get the answer from the Adun themselves. News reported that the Adun were threaten and their life is pretty unsafe at the moment. Well, politics can never assure a peaceful journey for politicians. It is always getting interesting by the day.
Poem for BN and Umno
They went forth to battle, but they always fell
Their eyes were fixed above the money symbol
Mightily they fought and lost tamely to the people
Float or sink, it will be known by votes
Journey @ Bukit Gantang: Photos and description
Kindly enlarge the photos if you cannot see. ^ A police is guarding UMNO centre. Perlu ke? Police jaga Rakyat atau Umno?
The road to reach villagers. Anwar spoke at the village which was quite deep inside. Around 10 KM from the town.
See the mud? Rakyat do not care a heck. They storm the mud and stand there for hours listening to PAS and Pakatan speakers.
Our poor guide's car tyre. We tried to park near the area, but too muddy. The tyre was stuck in the mud and PAS people help us to push it out. Thanks!
They have a good time eating and listening at the same time. ^
This father did his duty as well as being a listener to Ceramah.
No LIVE ceramah? No problem. Rakyat surrounded the mini DVD player and listen to PAS leader previous ceramah.
I saw this on a van. Yes, we support NIZAR!
Pas balloon high on the sky.
See those Red truck? They park along the road and you can also see the tent belong to Police. Heard the land cost RM 10K for renting.
Police base. ^
Anwar spoke in the village.
I stopped a guy and asked for his permission to take his T-Shirt. "Kembalikan Hak Rakyat!~"
The journey is tiring but fruitful. I met a lot of voters there. They are for Nizar. Now, I just hope BN would not cheat. In another few more hours, 3 by election will determine Malaysia's future. Let us hope for the best.
Rakyat, undi adalah suci. Undilah yang terbaik.
The problem of power is how to achieve its responsible use rather than its irresponsible and indulgent use - of how to get men of power to live for the public rather than off the public.
Robert F. Kennedy (1925 - 1968), 'I Remember, I Believe,' The Pursuit of Justice, 1964
Never go out to meet trouble. If you will just sit still, nine cases out of ten someone will intercept it before it reaches you.
Calvin Coolidge (1872 - 1933)
I love the first quote. It is straight forward and send a strong message to our leader. So, how many hide behind the curtain at the moment? :p
The second quote is for Mr.N. We hope he will be a truthful leader. Just admit you did it. Is that hard?
Lastly, How many of us go out and meet troubles? :D
Good day!
