Recently there are alot of murder & raping cases happening around Malaysia. Just this week has happened for 3-4 time. Yesterday was the day of verdict for the DAMM insane guy who raped & killed Canny Ong last 2 years ago. When i look into that guy face, i really wana kick his a$$ , throw smelly eggs , splash him with dirty pee & mugs! He is not HUMAN at all. Damm angry when i see his face.! I wonder how does other think about him. KIll, i cant kill. So, i can only do something like this to let him learn his lesson! But i don't have a opportunity. GOD, he is human. I am HUMAN. I can't do anything. But you can punish him. GO ahead! Let him learn his lesson.

The GOV shud have pay more attention on woman. Let them have a safer place to stay. NOT with all this dumb that will make them facing danger. Hope that the police will work non stop to curb all this rubbish! @#$%^&*()_~! Student that are naughty also wont do this stuff.Even thou some teacher all calling them like that. But i don't agree. I prefer to call those people who dun learn moral & respect human being rubbish! DAMM~ ! i am very angry when i read upon it! chao!

health concerned

Remember what headlines you saw in The Star yesterday? PE (Physical Education) is considered as a examination subject! Haha...they shud do it right from the start. No wonder Malaysia had so many obesity happening among the student. With the books all right in their face, who would go bother PE? Well, The education ministry might has realize the importance of it right now.

I would like to add some salt & sugar in it. Patiently read it over again for 5 mins & think twice!

Some people just don't go bother with their own health. But come to think of it, without health, we can't enjoy things that we had. Earning money is common. But what if you neglect your health? You can't work anymore. Thats the worse part. Yesterday nite i watch Singapore Drama entitled "A CHILD's HOPE". It was touching as it shows doctor saving children lifes. But the moral of the story is that we must take good care of our health. A person had sickness, whole family worried about it. I also witness it in a friend that resulted the whole family members as well as those far away worried for him. Same as my family. I use to sick a lot because i don't take care of my health. Over the years, i can recalled myself having a lot of high fever, cough and heart pains. The serious ones were dengue, chicken pox, and diarrhea. I even fainted once due to over heated. That was horrible. I remember when i got dengue, my father was over worried. That day when i returned to my rented room back in Wangsa Maju, i sleep a lot due to tiredness. My father called me but i was asleep & never answer it. My mom told me that my father really worried about me cause he afraid i will get serious. (faint?) Now a days i afraid to sleep if i got sickness. Is very easy for me to accumulate my heat & it will thus cause high fever.

As year goes by, i start to take health seriously. I want the best for myself & my family. Now i am deep into health concern. As we know that our body contain 60-70% of water. [go search for it] Whatever sickness that we have surely related to the water in our body. How clean does the water that we drink daily? Well, to my horror, we are actually drinking earth, curry & strange color of water. Check out your home filter. Very dirty isn't it? After filter, does the water seems clean? NO! Don't you forget small organisme, chlorine, toxic & much more that are in the water. In a research it also stated that our body require clean water so that our organ can absorb it more effectively.

i m back !

Hi, I am back from Ipoh!
Chinese New Year is really a great days for me. i get to rest. I get to have FUN. Of course, i get Ang Pow too..
The re-union dinner was held at Hillcity Hotel near Gunung Rapat. The dishes was delicious & good wines add to it. The other days didn't had much activities. On Thursday,my parents & my uncle family plan to go Cameron Highland at night.

It was a quick decision as we plan to go there the next day morning. But we just can't wait for it. To add the excitment, we didn't book hotel or any places as we thought that there might be spaces available. As we travel the way using SIMPANG PULAI to Cameron High, it was cold & windy. But according to my parents, it wasn't as cold as 60's time. Those time it was more freezing. Upon reaching there, it was jammed along the road connected to the town. The reason is that night market is along the road. AHhh..anyway, we manage to find our way to the hotel that are the cheapest there. It was FULLY booked ! WhAT? Are we gonna sleep in the CAR? NOPE! Lucky us that MY AUNT who know a HOTEL boss managed to get us the BEST hotel in Brinchang. Wahahaa...anyway, it was lucky cause the room was booked by a Singaporean whose friend's didn't turn up. So he solded it to us! haha... thats is unbelieveable!!

The hotel was nice but not so cold lah! The next day we went to the highest forest to catch a windy scenario up the hills. It was cold & fun exploring the forest! Mom grab a few stuff along the trip but it all dried up when we come back. Pity those leaves. I also went shopping spree for cabbage & some vege. Of course i wont let go of small little tomato. It was nice! haha.. When we go back to IPOH, It was crazy JAMMED until 3-4 Km. WOW.. some 20-30 cars bonet open up to get some fresh air. MIND U! it was slopping up the hills. We travel down & felt lucky that we didn't travel on that days it self. haha...

well, i also went to Sunway City Lost resort near Tambun. It was a water theme park similar to sunway lagoon. But one thing for sure is that it is more better than SUNWAY LAGOON. I tried a lot of stuff & i really dunno how to describe it. It's FUN & Njoying! hope one day i will go back there again! Ipoh food is always the best. haha... I have gains 2 KG after going back IPOH. wohooo : )

k, today is Valentines Day..i will spend my time calling some ones who will listen to my stupid jokes to pass the time. Hope it pass fast so i wont be going thru it thinking that "I am still SINGLE!" haha...jus kidding!

Well Well Well..... is been a long time we celebrated Chinese New Year...k, this time around...Hope u guys will get more ang POW & belanja me makan yah...K safe journey go & forth from ur home town... re: corn Fear Factors

well corn, actually i don't go for teeth plug at first. I just went just for teeth fill in. It was the doctor who persuaded me to have it plug away. I just don't think any thing & go for it la.... in facts, i just can't take in any longer. But the dentist was good at it. He did it very fast. I assume it was around 5 mins. Ask him/cheat him said that you will give him special "thing" ...the may be he will go..haha...take care

tit tot tit tooth

Today i had my tooth pluged. Wondering why does it had to be happen? Oh ya,,,i was having a hole in it. Well, dentist say that it is useless. So why not take it away so your other teeth can grow better... i feel shocked to hear it and say why not just fill it only... well, actually i fear of TOOTH PLUGGING. I always hate going to dentist cause when ever i went there, it must be something that i don't wana hear will appear. May be it was cause by the dental who leaved behind some roots until i have to get an operation for my tooth some years back. This time around the dentist was fast & good. I didn't feel much pain & time past quickly. When he tell me it's done, i replied: WHAT? DONE? Shocked to hear is that fast. Well, at least i am fine now. Morphine does it's work. I still can't feel anything right now. WOW...i can recommend u guys if u want to get a fast tooth plug. OK, gota have cold stuff from now onwards to cool down my TEETH HOLE. BLOOD! wahaha...
