One needs to remember the reason why we are seeing such great resistance for change is simply because there is much to lose for those who have been in power for so long. For decades there have been so much abuses of power, unchecked misuse of public funds and plain dirty corruption. With a stronger opposition now, they stand to lose their illegal sources of income and some may even be charged and sent to prison if they are found guilty. With this in mind, they will fight at all costs to reclaim back power and to ensure they can continue to steal public funds from the people for their own enrichment. We are not just dealing with differences in politics; we are combating evil forces who will not rest till they secure back their powers and illegal sources of income.

Robert Kennedy once said 'Progress is a nice word. But change is its motivator and change has its enemies.' Our enemies are resisting change but we must stand firm and continue to push for a competent, accountable and transparent government.

As reminded by Raja Petra in his blog "Please continue your struggle to make Malaysia a better place for our future generation. This country belongs to them and it is for them that we struggle." Anti-ISA Folks to SB: Your Protection is Highly Appreciated!

Tonight is a peaceful night. Nothing happen to Anti-Isa Vigilers. However, SB and forces of MALAYSIA came and join us as well. Around 5 minutes after 8PM, we heard the siren sound. (To which I later figure out it could be from the Fire Engine that was park near by.) It seems like we are not welcome into this public ground.

However, we sang National Anthem and be a good good boys and girls; we disperse without being arrested. Some of us decided to go home, while some are thirsty and want to have a drink across the MBPJ tarmac. Thus we move to the Restaurant. It was such a good sight to see them protecting us from afar.

Oh by the way, I cannot sit still. I move around and look for familiar face. Then, as I walk to lotus cinema counter, I saw ah moi and Uncle SB chit chatting. I heard their conversation and decided to kepoh a bit. Ah Moi busy arguing with Uncle SB and Uncle SB don't wanna talk more with Ah Moi. Pity her. Uncle SB ah, you said that you have to do your job? You also want to be with your family? Sunday is a time for you to be with your family. Why you come here? Hmm, May I ask you to quit this job and begin a new life. Your hair are lesser than my father's hair.

Haris and Uncle Zorro did negotiate with SB. Still, SB ni is very stubborn. When some of them saw Haris approaching the Lotus Cinema with some other still hanging around there, they summon a few more RED HEADED BALL CARRIER and stand before them. Ah Dui.. people queue up to buy Tamil Movie ticket lah.. Just may be the queue is out of the line and every one gather in a small group.. Tu RED HEADED man preparing for war pula...

Hey, tonight you GUYS and Girls are very HARDWORKING!!! you have my salute...

Hmm, I would salute more to Anti-ISA gang! They came every week and I saw them again after I miss out 2 months. Is nice to be back!

I want to ask this fella go and check his home appliances. Is it all from Malaysia or from US, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, Korea, Britain and etc... I can bet with you; more than half is from oversea!

Hey, we never overlook! Just that some of the product is not up to the standard. But still, we purchase because it is much lower in price.

How can I be so daring to make this bet?

Well, we can be assure that Malaysia's product quality is way much lower than other country. Our quality isn't that good.. Just be frank. OK, I must say that some are good. That would fall under the FOOD CATEGORY. The biscuit? Yes. Its delicious. Especially the one that got the SUPER BRAND! Mineral water? Spritzer? Ice cream?

How about i Brand? Not yet reach the standard international level.

What else? Oh by the way, on food wise, those Made In China products are BANNED from my list of food selection.

Honestly, I do not see the effectiveness of this campaign.

Saya beli barang-barang Malaysia semenjak I kecil. Streamyx tu Jenama Malaysia. Proton tu Jenama Malaysia. (Kononnya ade orang yang cakap bahawa Proton tu sangat HIGH MAINTENANCE. Mahal kalao nak baiki. Belilah BMW tu yang Qualitinya Baik...) Eh, I ni tengah pakai Proton Kay!!! Tak lah Mahal, cuma complain I yang Ia tak boleh pecut cepat!!! :p

Setiap hari kita beli barang-barang buatan tempatan. Kenapa perlulah kempen ini yang akan membazir wang untuk mencetak kertas kempen, buat promosi, dan lain lain lagi. Apa yang ingin dicapai oleh dia ni?

Setiap hari aku baca berita yang tidak munasabah. Semakin hari semakin tak tentu arah. Dahlah ekonomi kita ni diperlahankan oleh Ekonomi Dunia, kerajaan pula tak bantu banyak. Cakap aje banyak! Kita ni tinggal di Malaysia, mestilah beli barang Malaysia !!!!

Penang Anti ISA Vigil - One was detained

Latest: she has been released from police station. Good. Glad that it is fast, PJ vigil detainee was detained for the whole night.

One of the Anti ISA who help organized Anti-ISA Vigil in Penang, blogger Masterwordsmith was detained. I have no idea what had happen. I just got to know from Masterwordsmith that she is now in Police station.

I am waiting for more details from other.

I am not sure whether are there chaos or any untoward things happen.

8.51PM MWS Called: I am now in Police Van. Got to go. (Last for 8 seconds)

8.56PM Me: I asked her how many in the Van. (SMS)

9.05 PM MWS: me only 1 kena. in P station (SMS)

9.09PM ME: I asked whether was it disperse or after it finish? Any one hut? Is she the only one get caught? (SMS)

9.14PM MWS: Me only(SMS)

I have not heard from her since. She is my godsister!!

Updated: check Anil for update. He said that she is the only one detained.

Please pray for her release soon.
